This guy was gonna bench like somewhere around 500lbs to max out. He takes about 10 minutes to get pumped up and he finally lays down for the lift. He gets it off the rack and lowers it down, he's comming up slow but he's comming up, he stops mid rep and his spotter touches the bar. That's when he flips out. He yells "get the **** out of here! You're not spose to touch the ****en bar! Get out of my ****en sight before I punch you in your ****ening face!" Lil bish spotter was like "I'm sorry I didn't me too, I didnt even help that much" like hes about to cry. The guy says "I don't care if your sorry get out of my ****en sight right now, you don't ****en touch the bar or even come near me unless I tell you to (guy helps take off weight) did I ****en stutter!? Leave!" This guy is going completely ballistic, finally after another 20 minutes guy hits his PR. Everyone in gym is shocked and I'm loling.

Sounds like someone I could work out with. Nothing pisses me off more than some guy spotting you and touching the bar. Don't touch the bar until I say so. If the story is true, he overreacted, but spotting like that is pretty rageworthy.
