Been a while since I have posted progress pictures.. I've been lifting on and off for a long while, but now I am trying to get back into bodybuilding and make actual progress. I got my first gym membership about 4-5 months ago so now I have access to barbells after years of only using dumb bells.. Wish I would have signed up for one a long time ago haha.
