With those numbers probably neither, get on an upper/lower or p/p/l split.

Fierce 5 has a novice, intermediate and advaced routine, IMO no doubt Fierce 5, best blend of Hypo and Strength in his intermediate program

The best program is the one you progress with longest. I'd suggest madcows over both at your lifts.

Madcow's is primary a strength program, not what the OP is looking for.

IMO the biggest upside of F5 is that it's fun, front squatting, fast progression and the active logging community do this.

The reason you don't see many allpro logs is because it's the same weight for 5 weeks, kind of boring. The upside to allpro is that the workouts are quick and you can get away with a smaller calorie surplus

The differences in how fast you'll reach your goals aren't that significant

This is very true and something that is forgotten too often in my opinion. OP, I'd say that both are very good routines so it would be really up to you (especially with your stats) however...

I'd have to agree with that post. I find Fierce5 more interesting because of the variety of splits it offers and the different exercises. Within the acceptable substitutions, you can follow any sort of routine (either full body, U/L or L/P/P), do quite a lot of different exercises over some time and I personally prefer the sets and reps of it.

Your squat and DL are kind of leaning toward the beginner program, but your bench is leaning towards the U/L. I guess I'd probably advise the U/L. Plenty of volume for growth and the balanced development you need to fix your s/b/d numbers.

Davis is the guy who wrote the Fierce 5 program, so he'd be the best authority on the matter. :-)

I'm gonna go on your novice program with a 10% weight decrease, run it till i stall then switch to the U/L. I think I'm still a while away from being intermediate in deadlifts but squats will be there in no time.
