    First ARA Run Questions

    Doing my first ARA Run, Xfactor Advanced and Glycergrow so far. What alcar do you all recommend i should pick up and at what dose? Thanks

    ALCAR's ALCAR, so as long as the brand is reputable, I'd just go with whatever's easiest/most convenient for you to get. 2g carnitine salt (whether LCLT, ALCAR, PLCAR, GPLC, or whatever) is recommended for reducing thromboxane conversion. You can also just use baby aspirin for that effect, if that's all you're worried about. Carnitine has its own benefits, of course!

    This, I'd go with ALCAR or PLCAR personally.
