The mother/daughter log you've been waiting for..in on Promera's Summer Stack
Thanks to Yak and Promera for what will be my third Promera log. My daughter Reesie is along for the ride on this one. I am going to work her pretty little tail off and teach her how to be a tough muscle chick like her mom.
Shout out to Promera: Their products are the bomb! My fave sups and while I sometimes log other products, I still consistently use Promera products, more than any other. The taste is always hnnnng!
About Mom:
Been lifting since 21 when I took a weight training class at Penn State where Reesie just graduated from (she's a blue blooder but not me). Did some bodybuilding competitions when much younger...oh not really that much fun kids...but now into powerlifting. Started 5 months ago with coach Wade Johnson who trains quite a few athletes on this site, one other being Snake who is also logging this Promera Summer Stack. My workouts are built around the big 3 lifts plus assistance but I sneak a lot of bodybuilding stuff in behind Wade's back to keep my old body lookin good, so it makes for one helluva long workout. I'm currently in Hilton Head and travel back and forth from Pittsburgh so I'm at the local Powerhouse which leaves a lot to be desired for equipment but I make the best of it.
Goals: get freaking stronger! Been a little slow on squats and deadlifts but it's coming along. Just did my first full meet last weekend. Looking to break some granny records at more meets, thinking maybe August.
First workout with Peak 400 & Pump Extreme will be Sunday or Monday. Reebugg is logging Peak 400 & Women's Elite. I don't do anything that's pink.
Will get Reebugg in here to make a little intro and then we'll be ready to roll. Well..I will anyway. U know how kids are, u gotta bug them 10 times at least.

Hi Arty, ur like my other daughter. Really could not handle another one tho. A little too much drama and whiny for me...but buying those cutie clothes when they're little girls...so worth it! Had her in a leopard bikini at 2.
Just decided we should have some humiliation with baby pics when I get home and can get in to the biggest plastic bin u can buy of fam pics...talking about thousands!!! What does one do with all those???Training log:

Awe, that's sweet. And yeah, I can't even handle my own sister, so not sure I could handle another one although your daughter seems to be far less drama than my sister is.
As for baby pics, I think I burned all of mine as soon as my mom gave them to me...or at least those were my instructions to her.Workout Log / Chat thread...Embrace the Dragon: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169711903

I think I'd like to do to them what was done to a barge full of garbage that was floated out to sea and still remains there. When you get the school pics, they give you those little bitty 1 inch pics with your package and I find those everywhere! It's impossible to throw away a pic of your kids, I figure if I do, the pearly gates won't be opening for me.
Thanks for joining in Vanessa, I'll be along soon to sub in to your log. Promera products are excellent! Glad to hear it.
How old is ur sis? Too much drama huh?
Burned? Hmmm, works for me.
Hi there! Thanks for visiting. Love to see all the young chicks lifting.
Hey Yak, where'd u find a pic of my BF? And dancing with other girls? His azz is in trouble!
Thanks Lonnie. How's ur log going? Are you still digging in the yard?
First workout comin up!Training log:

Just light on bench today. Got a decent back workout in. This gym kinda sucks for good and varied equipment- no sled, weighted pulldown, no Hammer Strength. One squat rack??? Not a serious lifter's gym IMO. Whatcha gonna do? Pullups suck lately, kinda lost my mojo on those. But just as I guessed, the Pump-Extreme worked. I got a great pump starting in my back at the end of DB rows and especially after pullups and of course rope pushdowns which pump me up anyway. Haven't had a good pump in a while so it was great to feel it again. Good for motivation. Peak 400 delivered good endurance, felt pretty even-keel throughout the workout. No drop off in energy.
Ohhh yea!

Nice work Laura..Crazy volume!!
My log is going OK, you need to visit a little more often..
Most of the digging is done..Still smoothing some places out and need to get some grass planted..How is it when you dig a hole you have dirt left over when you fill it back up? Got a pile of dirt in the front yard that I need to load up and haul away..I'm too old for that kinda work!! Too broke to pay someone and the wife won't do it so that leaves me! ..lol.."No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize." --1 Corinthians 9:27

Hi!! A Promera rep I don't know? How is this??
Hey Lonnie, the older u get, the more volume, right? Yea I don't get the dirt thing either, I was digging yesterday but it's so soft here, u just push it down into the ground. Get her @ss out there helping u. Stay safe with ur back!
She married, kids? Gosh I hope not. Ur such an independent unique gal. I always wonder how when kids are raised he same way by the same parents, they turn out to be total opposites!
No evidence of my kids? Now there's a thought...
Addiction is a good thing sometimes Matt. The first 2 I did were also Promera. I did my first one with my lovely Penny.
Yeah, I'm not crazy about this gym. I can't figure out how these people down here are baring it nine months out of the year and they have such crappy gyms; no srs gyms that I could find.
Hellooooo fellas...damn!! My favorite reason for having a log,..hot muscular men. Thanks for joining me guys.
BBow,... I'll be by.
Vanessa, u are a dawg girl! I'll keep em comin. Think I have to dig up some new ones. So many fine muscular men on this site! Makes working out fun, huh?
Hey Scotty..yea, a long while! Thanks for stopping in. Sooo curious to know how the Clear Muscle worked. U still logging it?Training log:
