Recently I was given the opportunity to try out the new Testosterone Booster by Royal Sport, Test. In return I was asked to give a log showing my results and opinions on the product.

About Me
Age: 31
Weight: 227 lbs
Height: 6' 2"
Current Split: Right now I currently lift weights 4 days a week and have stepped up my cardio as I am training for a Tough Mudder in October.. The split is as follows
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Shoulders, Back and Abs
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - Cardio
Diet - My diet is in check 95% of the time with the exception of Saturday night. This is the one time when I allow myself to have something I wouldn't have through out the week.
I prep my lunches in advance for the entire week. I will be posting my diet and nutrition in detail in the log. There will even be some food porn of some of the meals.
Other Notes: I have been lifting now for about 3 years.
It has became a great passion of mine that I am starting to become obsessed with. Once I started to see results is when the obsession really began.
Dosing
I will be dosing the caps per the instructions.
I will be taking 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps before I go to bed.
There are 60 caps in the bottle and I will be running 2 bottles. So this log should be going on for 60 days.

What I Expect
I have ran several "natty" test boosters in the past. I know what kinds of realistic expectations to have by now.
That being said, I do have some expectations.
I expect an increase in my lifts. (even if minor)
I expect some type of mood difference over the course of the bottle or two that I run.
I expect a difference in body composition as long as my diet stays in check and I work my ass off in the gym.
I know how my body normally reacts with my current diet and workout routine, I expect to see something different after the course of running Test.
Log Layout
I will be updating this log 3 times minimum a week but honestly you can expect closer to 5 updates a week.
Each day I will update with my workout for the day, my diet, mood, weight change, and anything I am noticing different.
At the end of each week I will try and provide progress pictures.
I will also be including photos of some of the meals I prepped as well as what motivated me for the day. Whether it was music, quotes, etc.

Today was chest day. I know it is cliche but I always like to start out my week with doing chest.
I took 2 caps of Royal Sport Test this morning before breakfast.

The trick to these is to concentrate on the contraction.

I usually do my workout during lunch time but due to my work schedule didn't make it to the gym until 6pm.
Today I attacked some Shoulders and then did 2 miles for some great cardio.

My diet was very similar to the day before with the exception of minus 200 calories. I had chicken and rice for dinner instead of chicken tacos.

We will see what the scale shows on Friday (will be posting picture of scale Friday and progress pictures this weekend).

The sleep I had this weekend was incredible. Some of the best sleep I have had in a long time.
Also managed to knock out some great meal prep yesterday.
