Hi guys,
So I've been wondering which of these I should buy. Other than the obvious, the price/serving differences are quite big. For Optimum you have $15.97 / 100 servings while MusclePharm goes on $19.97 / 30 servings.
Is one really that much better than the other? is MusclePharm worth the extra $?
Also it's apparently suggested to take 3 servings / day. Isn't that a bit of an overkill?
Feel free to detail your replies .

Seriously they are a waste of money. Either spend that money on more food, or protein (which has BCAAs in it)

Just another way they can try to take your money. You should be getting BCAAs from food and protein powders. BCAA supplements can help, but normally when I use them, I take the drink mix and drink it as I'm training. They can reduce muscle fatigue and DOMs. So basically, they aren't 100% useless, but I'd put your money towards food/protein powders first.

So what would you say if your cutting and train fasted in the mornings?
