    im worried I wont have sufficient mass but ohwell haven't really been lean before.

    I'm standing in a wedding this weekend so I will be holding a ton of water weight next week. Currently 189.8lbs.

    Starting next week target will be 2000 cals daily except on Fridays which will be around 2800 - 3000. I am going to be sneaking in as many long bike rides as possible before the weather turns chitty... hoping to log between 350 - 500 kms in Sept.
