Ok I kind of had a flip out this week when I put on a kilo (3 pounds) from last week. I know theres no way I could have put on a kilo and I keep telling myself that since I ate the same amount of food as I have previously which has kept me at maintenance. The only thing that changed was I dropped the cardio to twice a week and started doing the P.H.U.L program. But my main question was if I'm eating under maintenance (1800-1900) should I expect weight gain doing less cardio and more weight training? This is the first time I've ever done a serious weights program (I did all pro for awhile but didn't really do it properly). I keep telling my previous ED mind that its not the numbers on the scale that count, its how you look/feel. Any advice/feedback would be appreciated, thanks
