    Side relaxed

I have been out of the game for some time. I read that Npc wants you to not twist on side relaxed. However are you allowed to have one arm back and the other slightly forward? As long as you are not rotating your actual torso? Yes, I did go to the website, and they need to post some pictures imo.

In my experience at npc shows at texas ...

You can bring your front shoulder back and tilt your rear shoulder in and forward. Keep your rear hand in front of your rear leg
