Misc,
Been training legs and am really trying to put on some mass. Take a look at my development and let me know what you think and any advice you may have. Thanks!

Squats are trivial in overall leg development as they incorporate so many other groups that the quadriceps can not be ideally targeted. However, leg press, between 12-16 reps is the key!
Leg extensions? Bro, hush... If you are looking for the last feathered part in your quads then cool, but, your vastus femuralis is far from your target in overall development. Google some stuff before you sound ignorant.

My girlfriend lifts more than you do:)
Seems like the longer I train the luckier I get.
Cardio sucks.

Show me someone who doesn't squat compared to someone who squats properly!! You will see a difference in the leg development. Yes, I agree there are other exercises to do but I would start with getting your squat down and getting the weight up there with differing reps. It can also be said the leg press incorporates other muscles as well just depends on how you execute the movement along with foot placement.
