Hello i got question do preworkout supplements work well its silly to ask do they work i mean sometimes when i go to lift weights i just want to finish i feel to tierd and not motivated to enjoy lifting weights can preworkouts help me get some energy and well motivation to hit those weights ? and also are there any dangers of these preworkouts also wich ones would you all recommend what do you think about cellucor c4 ?

At 15 why are you tired? Sounds like you need to sleep more, eat better and get some motivation. If you don't have motivation to truly lift and become better with goals then maybe lifting isn't something you really care to take seriously. When I was that age the only thing that made me tired was poor sleep habits due to staying up too late and not getting enough sleep. The only motivation you should need to lift is the thought of becoming bigger, lifting big numbers and becoming better.
