How many pills is too much?

In a day I take 2 vitmain c, 6 fish oils, animal flex pack, 1 multi, and 1 vit D. Is this to much?

I don't see anything wrong with it. I don't really think you need the extra vitamin C, but I can understand the D, especially during the winter.

what you listed is irrelevant. You posted no dosages. the number of pills you take says nothing.

You can immediately cut the # of pills you are taking by purchasing a higher dosed fish oil.

The amount of pills you take is not going to affect your health. What's in the pills you are taking will. At one point I was running Animal Pak, Animal Cuts, and Animal Flex. I don't recall exactly how many pills that is total but I'm pretty sure it's 25+ on just 3 different supplements. This doesn't include fish oil and creatine that I was also taking.

1g is the AHA recommendation for sedentary individuals.

cant say for sure without the dosages, but that shouldn't be an issue. Unless you notice adverse affects I'd keep going.

The key is the EPA/DHA content. The recommendations for most athletes is to ingest 2-3 grams EPA/DHA per day.

Agreed. There are plenty of days that I take way more pills than that between my multi and other supps. As long as you aren't sensitive to taking pills like some people are, you are fine.
