Dont u like my honest review?
Seriously, if you are interessed in epicatechin as muscle and strength builder, then i would say save your money. It is really not worth it
The ONLY one EPI product that is actually not bad is Evomuse Myosynergy but it is not due to EPI but other things in it.
It has Forskolin,HICA, ATP and some other ingredients..
Where is folllidrone? The hype has got down and people have tried it. It is nothing than garbage but you will allways hear nice things about it from BLR reps and the owner.
If you really want to try EPI then go for Follidrex. It is writted on the label how much EPI it is i each cap. In follidrone you really dont know how much EPI it is in each cap.100% natural and proud of it! (No PH's,DS's,AAS, etc.)
From 135 lbs to 227 lbs (naturaly and with severe obstructive sleep apnea)
Even with poor sleep you can gain thanks to quality food and good workout plan

I am almost through my second bottle of follidrone and I have really enjoyed it. I was super sketched out by it at first but it has delivered. I have been eating around 500 more cals a day and my weight is staying the same strength is going up and I feel like I have never looked better. Sure some might be mentally pushing myself harder but I have hit pr's in every lift and I have been lifting seriously for almost ten years now.
No supp is perfect for everybody but this one has definitely been great for me.
Going to run ABE for two months then give my two bottles of ep!c a run.Play basketball.

When i run new supplements i never change diet or workout routine. If I have added 500 kcal extra in my diet ofcourse something would happen after 2 months.
I mean if EPI was so effective as it is claimed then people whould drop PH and DS due to effective myostatin inhibitor for muscle and strength gains..100% natural and proud of it! (No PH's,DS's,AAS, etc.)

7 weeks through Follidrone, eh.
First 5 were in a deficit and cutting, last two were a reverse diet style. It's alright, slight endurance increase and I notice myself catching my breath better between sets, but in all honesty the strength gains with it alone i'm not seeing.
I did add King these past two weeks, 3 caps pre wo, and today I hit a bodyweight PR on deadlift of 385 at 137 lbs, pretty easy too.
Gonna try EP1C next, but I'm planning on running a 12 week stack of Myokem's Magnitropin, Clear Muscle (On it for about 12 weeks now, love it) and BPI's King.

What I said was worded poorly as I do all my posts from my iPhone so it's a pain.
I was more meaning that my appetite was up and that I was eating a lot more than I had been but was looking better as I am naturally more of an endomorph and would get fat pretty quick if I didn't train as hard and watch my diet as much as I do. I didn't start out eating 500 or so more cals either I just got hungrier and after two weeks realized I was looking leaner and my weight was staying the same.
It has given me great recomp benefits. The worst part was how much it made me sweat. Its so gross. Doms got almost to the point of ara too cause of over training probably.Play basketball.

I am finishing up week 8 of Follidrone now. I've been following pretty much the same routine since January 2 of this year when I started my cut. I have been getting compliments like crazy for the last month and a half or so. It's hard to say how much of it is just the stage of my cut that I'm in, meaning I just finally hit that point that people are noticing or if it is indeed related to the Follidrone. I did immediately notice improved endurance. I was able to push harder and longer which is only going to help my progress. While I don't monitor my macros as well as I should, I do occasionally do the math to maintain piece of mind and make sure I'm not getting carried away. I'm in a 1000 calorie deficit, give or take, on a daily basis. My weights have continued to drop, though not terribly. I was steadily losing 2 pounds a week until recently when my life got complicated and my diet suffered. I've been weak. Anyway, people continue to tell me I am leaning out and looking bigger. Maybe its just an illusion because of the fat loss. Regardless, I have really been enjoying using Follidrone and feel my workouts are much better with it than without it and that's good enough for me.

Improved endurance definitely has it's place. If it assists in being able to churn out more work, that can only be a good thing.
What I've been questioning in my mind since the beginning on the ingredient is if it actually directly builds muscle/anabolic. There's only one study that I know of that suggests it builds strength in a very short amount of time but that study was done on the elderly, tested for grip strength, and has no control group. It may very well have been placebo for all we know. The markers on myostatin they they found could very well have been a side effect (vitamin D someone on another board pointed out potently upregulated a market that would suggest myostatin is being inhibited, but let's be real, I personally have not seen people get swole off of vitamin d).
It's a catachin, they have many great health benefits, I'm just not sure that it's actually directly anabolic. Would like to see more data come out for it on anabolic potential.Completed Logs & Reviews:

Totaly agree!
And i have seen that d vitamin study too before. Its from 2011
Here is a piece from the study:
1) increased expression and nuclear translocation of the vitamin D receptor
2) decreased cell proliferation
3) decreased IGF-I expression, and
4) promoted myogenic differentiation by increasing IGF-II and follistatin expression and decreasing the expression of myostatin, the only known negative regulator of muscle mass, without changing growth differentiation factor 11 expression100% natural and proud of it! (No PH's,DS's,AAS, etc.)

Yes, but understand that's pretty common as body fat levels drop for a person to appear bigger even though they are physically smaller. I actually have a picture from the first day I took Follidrone and then another picture from around 35 days later or so and theres quite a difference although in large part I'm sure to my diet. I'm personally convinced though that the added endurance has played a substantially role in my training as well. I also have taken measurements over that same time period and will take another current photo and measurements in a few days when I hit the 2 month mark. I don't expect much this time around though as my diet has been terrible.

I'll be running a Follidrex log next month (sponsored), but that will not retract from my honesty of whether it works or not. I'm definitely hoping the product lives up to the hype, otherwise... at least it's some decent anti-oxidants haha. I'll post my log when I start after my show 8/30.
