Been lifting 3 years on and off. Been back in the gym consistently one year exactly, today, after a little hiatus that I had. Recently I've been getting compliments on how I've gained a lot of size lately which is great, it's an awesome ego boost. I know I'm still small, but do I even lift to the normal non-lifting individual?
Taken today:
August 20, last year: Hard to compare I know, but it's the only progress picture I have of myself a year ago.
