Cissus Joint Supplements

Hi!

So I have some mild rotator cuff/joint issues since quite a while. I do rotator cuff exercises and have been taking glucosamine products. But been wanting to try Cissus. Something not too costly (price per serving).

How does LiveLong Nutrition's Cissus ($17 for 100 servings) compare with something like SuperCissus by USPLabs which is considerably more expensive and not currently available.

I started the live long cissus about 2 weeks ago I'Ve been happy with the results. Haventtried the usp tho.

Very tough to know unless you hear from individuals who have used both. SuperCissus gets a lot of praise as does Primaforce Cissus/Elastamine + Animal Flex.

Bulk cissus is cheap and effective, but it tastes so bad. I would go with a product like Joint Help instead.

Sometimes there will be a cost involved in obtaining results.

I switched from Flexible(and other products before that including SperCissus RX and others) to Joint Help and love it. I take OT as my multi and fish oil as well. Nothing bad about Flexible but I seem to be having better results with my current supplements.

capsules can only hold up to about 700-750mg/capsule usually.

1g cissus/126mg ParActin per 2 capsules, 60 servings per bottle...so a 30 day supply at max dose.

Super cissus is great. Can't recommend it enough. Immensely improved rotator cuff issues I've had in the past.

I've used Primaforce and Vitamin Shoppe brand which is half the cost, and the VS brand seems to work much better for me personally.

This will always be considered a staple for me, I have zero negative side effects, and went 2 days without taking it and that's when I really noticed now much it was helping me. I have a few bulging discs, si joint dysfunction, scoliosis and tendonitis in my wrist. It's a struggle to workout without this supplement.

I have found bulk cissus for as cheap as about $8.50 for 100 grams. Have had good results with using it solo, but also had great results stacking it with Flex.

Have used Super Cissus, works great but expensive as fuark.
