    Train harder and more often. When you're a fresh lifter, you can get away with it.
    eat less to stabilize weight gain to .5-1lb a week.
    condition 2-3 week
    continue 5x5 until you stall out
    add simple assistance work. arms, dips, chins.
    update thread in a year with results

    I think getting results faster than everyone else is not because of your genetics but instead of your nutrition because nutrition is very important.

    But OP, don't stop lifting because think if you kept lifting, imagine how you would look like in the next year and you'll be grateful that you didn't quit.

    Funny you say that because all i see on here is people with muscle and after 3 months all ive got to show is 2 stone worth of belly fat. I mean dang i looked better as a skinny guy! I just look like a pregnant woman now!

    Life is worse off and i wish i never started. Oh btw i dnt have any muscle anywhere either. 5x5 of heavy weights eating 3000 calories a day.... Guess it wasnt ment for me

    Wish i had some help or at least a brain to figure out why im different to you guys.

    If you have belly fat, cut. You will look more shredded. Lift heavy and eat about 2500calories a day. It will give you shredded results.

    im currently bulking as hard as i can,yes i look like a pregnant women and undefined fatty bodyparts,yes thats the way it has to go,you will see results,been training for 6 months now,altho my gains werent that magnificent,but hey...im 14,i still have tons of time left.
