Well. Results never come fast. Some guys just have good genetics like me.
If you have belly fat, cut. You will look more shredded. Lift heavy and eat about 2500calories a day. It will give you shredded results."No one likes losing, find me someone that doesn't mind losing and I'll show you a loser."

It's meant for everyone. This is literally the best way to improve your life.
Sure you might not be able to SEE your muscle yet, but it's there. And as long as you're sticking to your diet and sticking to your routine, you're gonna keep on gaining. Everyone hates the loss of definition you get when you bulk, but it's a necessary evil if you wanna get big.
Keep going brah, you'll get there."This is the push that makes the future appear. The hard work that makes the luck happen. The honor of a routine no-one will ever know about."

Here's your first problem OP. Stop making excuses and giving up so easily. If you give up this easily you wont get anywhere in this sport or really anywhere in life. My first bulk turned out like chit, I fixed my mistakes and now I have gained some good mass. Re asses where your at, find your problem and read up with the information on this website you cant go wrong.
In the pursuit of some sort of aesthetics.

Well thanks for your replies. Even the nasty ones were helpfull.
To me it feels like im not getting anywhere because of these 5x5's im following ripptoes and it doesnt feel like im working out. Am i suppose to do other things with this program or JUST the 5x5.
I do feel like im being lazy when doing this routine. I dont feel its hard enough. I no im eating enough, ive spent ages on working out my diet (cuz i find it hard to learn and nutrition is hard to learn!)
I barely sweat with it... And that putting on my heaviest weights i can. Only the squat gives me a sweat.
Feels like without a trainer (which i can afford) im not going to get anywhere but pregnant haha.

So you gained 28lbs in 3months and are complaining about a belly. No chit. Try a smaller calorie surplus and train harder. If you make absolutely zero progress after a year from a completely objective standpoint, then go to a doctor.
Eat enough (not more), progress in the gym everytime you step foot in there, get plenty of sleep.
