Hey everyone. I just wanted to share some pics that I took during the last month of my 2014 contest prep season.. It was a successful season overall, although a little bittersweet because I ended up missing out on a Natural Pro Card by one placing for the 2nd year in a row lol... hopefully 3rd time will be the charm. But this time was even more frustrating than last time because the judges told me after the show that I had the size/conditioning to win my pro card that night, but my posing held me back and costed me the win because ultimately they have to judge based off what they can see, and apparently my posing wasn't doing my physique enough justice with the way that I was angled. I took that advice to heart and I won't let posing hold me back again in future competitions.
While winning a Natural Pro Card is definitely one of my main goals, my other one is to inspire a lot of people and become a well known name in the fitness industry.. hence the point of this thread. In this day and age with the advanced technology and social media where it's at, I feel that it's more possible than ever to make a dream like that come true, it just requires some effort and work to be put into it obviously. Some of you may find this too show-y and be turned off by it but if I can at least reach out to some people and inspire them then I still consider this a mission success. I know when I first got into lifting, there were a few physiques that really inspired me to work for the physique that I've developed today.. so if I can provide that same type of inspiration to other individuals just starting out that would be the greatest feeling in the world, as I know personally how that felt.
I'll do my best to answer general questions here and whatnot, but I have started an online coaching/training business recently so if any of you want very personalized, detailed help, you can PM me about that. I do anything from contest prep to workout routines to nutritional guidance/meal plans and everything in between, doesn't matter if you're a competitor or not. Being a new coach, I'm pretty affordable compared to a lot of big names out there. And if any of you want to follow along for future progress and anything with my bodybuilding career, I'm a lot more active on Instragram and post most of my progress there, which is...

Now that I have the shameless plugins/promotions outta the way (my apologies for that but we all gotta make a living somehow haha right?)... here's my stats as this will probably eventually get asked.
Height: 5’10”
Weight: Between 160-165 lbs. in all these pics, closer to 160 probably.
Age: 23 (just turned 23 a month ago though)
Now for the point of the thread.

As I've said before your physique is very Zane like.
Sick abs too!She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Thanks everyone!
And to the person who asked, I've been training for about 6 years consistently. I took a high school weights class for a couple years before that though, but I didn't really see much in the gains department.http://instagram.com/live_laugh_lift26

Damn. Chiseled physique. What you have like a 24" waist.
Best of luck to you in the future. You definitely know what you're doing."Franco is pretty smart, but Franco's a child, and when it comes to the day of the contest, I am his father. He comes to me for advices. So it's not that hard for me to give him the wrong advices." - Arnold Schwarzenegger - Pumping Iron

Thanks a lot for the positive comments guys. Waist is the only thing I've actually measured in contest condition, I feel the other body parts would be too depressing to measure because I would just compare them to my measurements when I was like 200 lbs. and feel bad lol
waist is around 27ish though. and if I had to guess, I would guess arms around the 16-16.5ish range when in that conditionhttp://instagram.com/live_laugh_lift26

Thanks guys!
I switch up the exercises and order of them constantly, but the routine I generally follow is
Chest/tris
Back/rear delts
Legs, quad focus
Chest/side delts
Back/bis
Legs, hamstring focus
Off
Repeat
When I started dieting around 187 lbs. I was at about 3100 cals, 210 protein, 400 carbs, and 75 fat
At the very end of my prep I got to about 1700-1800 cals, 180 protein, 160-180 carbs, and 35-40 fat
But I definitely dropped my cals too low at the end because I was trying to get as shredded as possible and my comp was coming up. Ideally next time I won't drop below 2000 cals because I'll be giving myself more ample time to lose weight/fathttp://instagram.com/live_laugh_lift26
