You would want mr can't throw when he has to miller in again? Lettuce be cereal for a second, miller is only good because the opponent has to respect the run. In clearly throwing downs he sucks and he knows it (which is why he didn't go to the NFL) and so does Meyer and every coach. Even as a dual threat he isn't that good. Pryor was much better at everything compared to Miller.
