What is the better for me? Full Body 3x a week or P/P/L 6x a week?
What would be the better routine for a person like me who has stalled on really low lifts, but has the goal of getting bigger(hypertrophy)? Full Body 3x a week or P/P/L 6x a week?
LIke babylover said in his original post in his thread, you can run blss as many times a week as you see fit. However, don't be an idiot. if you are working with high af numbers, running blss 4x a week will drain you
