You really think that she didn't do ANYTHING in that 30 year span to warrant this settlement? Really?
Stop looking it at it from a monetary point of view and be real for a minute here. You're talking 30 years, from the start of his career, to, the end of it(he'll never be the star he once was), the support, the missed events on his end as he did these films, tours, events while she played mom to 7 kids and dealt with his sh**.
You can fukc your life off all you want, but when it starts to trickle down to your kids and wife, then it's a problem.
He brought this on himself.
Lol, you probably think a woman who was awarded $15,000 of her husband's $30,000 savings is wrong too huh? Typical Misc. Blame the woman, never the guy.

lol at the people siding with the wife.
should have followed the man code: dont get married and make sure ALL your assets are 100% secure from sloots.
i dont care if he mistreated her. i dont care if she was with him before the fame. i dont care if he cheated/left her. thats bad judgment on her part.

She deserves some settlement but not $425 mil or whatever it was.
7 kids, supported husband (presumably), housewife (I'm guessing) = no career progression = no CV = no skills = hard to find job after divorce to support herself = reason why the wife gets cht after a divorce which I agree with. No black knight but c'mon $425 mil????"Have faith in the Lord Fifth, gain eternal life! When the Lord Fifth appears, who dares to cause strife!"
"Heyyy. Hi there! Hello! I’m Lord Third. Let me tell you something, do you know how high I can count? I can count to three…"
“Little Haowie, don’t you worry,” it said, eyes shining brightly. “My dream is that, upon entering the Black Lands, there will be people there shouting the name of Lord Fifth. Then, my two great armies will join together to become like my wings!”

So she had 30 years of misery??? She lived in a mansion, got to go on vacations all of the time, had world class nannies, hang around celebrities and other affluent members of society. She did all this without one drop of acting talent, she was just fertile. Plenty of women are and they arent gettign 400+ million.

There's some dumb kunts in this thread.
lol @ pay her minimum wage for the 30 years she was with him. Brb if this was the argument then it would have been in what position she would have been in work wise (cashier, manager, how high she would or could have gotten) if she wasn't married to him.
Most of the time it's the sloots fault for a relationship to not work and she usually does the cheating but in this case Mel chose to leave her and knew the consequences. I'm sure as hell if it was the other way around and you were the one who had the opportunity to grab half of Mel Gibsons wealth you would.
