After lifting weights for over a decade I've noticed that a lot of people who train in gyms seem to quit. I think the whole travelling thing becomes too much of a choir. I have a gym in my garage and can fit a workout in at any time. Another big factor is the price. It costs £300 a year to join a gym. This is the same price it costs setting up your own gym, especially if you can get equipment second hand. Do it!
