I'm 5'9 175 lbs and I want to lose 10-15 pounds. I heard the best and fastest method is IF so I decided to give it a try. So I go to sleep at midnight and wake up at 7 and I decided to eat from 10 to 6, about 1800 calories. First thing in the morning I do 30 minutes of jump rope, then I also do some MMA/High Intensity training at 5-6 PM for another hour. I'll be drinking a gallon of water a day. Don't worry, I'll go back to the GYM lifting weights in October since right now I'm sometimes out of town. How much fat do you think I can lose in a month during this program ?

I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad,they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.
