I literally own those shoes and I think that your choice to wear them is wack as phuk. First of all, don't pair black shoes with brown pants, generally avoiding mixing black and brown is some 101 type knowledge. Yes, this rule can be broken, but if you're 18 and don't have style yet then it's best to stick with following the rules. Secondly, they're way too formal for a polo, black oxfords are basically the most formal shoes a man can wear - I generally only wear mine with a suit or sometimes with dress pants + shirt (and no I wouldn't rock them with brown chinos, I have brown shoes for that). Finally, it's the summer time and you're wearing a heavy jacket and thick leather shoes, wtf is wrong with you? Unless you were going to a five star restaurant you were at least three degrees overdressed. It's ok to be slightly better dressed than the people around you (if everyone's wearing slacks and dress shirts, I think it's cool to rock a blazer e.g.), but don't look horribly out of place.

It's summertime, wear a casual button-down shirt with sleeves rolled up, jeans and some leather boots if you want to look a little bit classier than your peers. Don't go straight up 40 year old man.

Their virtually impossible to get here and if you were spending $300+ on shoes you would go for one of the numerous famous English shoemakers (Barker / Cheaney / Churches / Loake etc...) not spending the extra dosh to get the American equivalent.
