Fantastic strength.
I am working on my planche pushup progressions now, and I can tell you it will take me about 2 years to develop the strength and technique to do them correctly.
I am close on muscle ups now, and hope to have hand clapping pull-ups pretty soon. Dragon-flags I can do a couple reps now, the side flag or human flag, I have not tried, but am going to say no-way for me right now. LOL
Anyway, I don't know if people know how challenging what you do is, but trust me, it is.
Congrats.I'm going to take the Sc0liosis curve out of my back and eliminate my nerve pain

i train a little different , i lift weights , do the rings , and do calesthenics,
all chest and tricep movements are in the 20 second range unless im doing planche pushups or tucked planche pushups
all back movements are in the 1-3 rep range mainly high pullups aiming for best possible form my last rep has to look like my 1st
legs are in the 35 second per set range to failure
shoulders exercises are all holds, front delt raise hold , side delt raise hold for time 10 second range till failurewww.youtube.com/calesthenTKS check out my vids
