HiWelcome to my new log. Thank you to MusclePharm and the Arnold Series for letting me log this ENTIRE friggin’ stack!
Well… most of it. I did not receive the vitamins, but am not going to complain about only getting 4 free products lol
I really was excited about them though, because it is probably one of the most premium and comprehensive vitamin pack formulas I have ever seen. I will still be very happy to share my thoughts on the profile, minus the actual vitamins.
Log Plans
I kinda blew my diet after being sick for a week, and never really got as lean as I used to be for Summer, so I have decided to go ahead and start lean-bulking. This stack should truly help me put on a few solid pounds of mass, and I have high expectations. I am not going to be following the workout blueprint, as I don’t know how strict I am going to be able to be with my training, but I am definitely going to borrow some ideas from it…
It might be a few days before I really get things rolling in here, but my plan is to highlight an individual product from the stack on its own day, with initial thoughts and a taste/mix review.
I am going to try to make this log my most-detailed in a while, and make it visually appealing as well with lots of images, music videos, etc. I owe it to MusclePharm for this crazy generous opportunity...

Welcome guys
I have cleared it with the MP reps that I will officially begin rocking this log, probably reposting it for a fresh start, on the 2cnd of Sept when I get back from a job training opportunity I can't pass up.
I hope you guys follow along then I will be posting the 2 video reviews I did already make just as a "teaser" until then, but will then really get this party started ....

*This will be my final log entry until I get back from my trip. I will then start to really push it. I took this video for fun while experimenting with a new super-set after my first workout with the Arnold Series

I think I am going to restart and rename this log to get a more-consecutive flow going, but here are a few more videos I took to include.
I am already up about 4 lbs....no sh!t!

Good work in here my man!! Looking pretty beefy in them vids!! I'm used to seeing you all ripped to the bone haha...I am a HUGE fan of the Iron Pump and Iron CRE3 stack. Definitely an intense combo for any workout. Keep killing it man!!

We just had an employee leave with no notice at work, so I have been getting a ton of hours all of a sudden. I am going to keep posting videos I have made from Arnold Stack workouts until I can really dive into this log with the detail I want....
Doing fast and slow in the same set actually really burned, and made me friggin' pumped. The Iron Pump and CRE 3 helped a lot too ...

Life has been hectic, and we have lost 2 employees in a row at work, with another leaving at the end of the month. I will be restarting this log soon in a new thread to get a constant flow to it.
I am also going to be placing a BB.com order this weekend after payday, and will actually be buying some more Iron Mass to add to the log I NEVER buy weight gainers, always opting to make my own in a blender with whole foods. That is saying something HUGE about this product. All I can say is that I love this stuff! Iron Mass has kept me from losing weight, since I have been too busy to prepare and eat much food at all...
I owe it to MusclePharm to do this log right, and to be able to train and eat right during it.....

My life has been hectic lately, but I just wanted to let you guys know I meant it when I said this stuff was good enough to purchase again. I am going to be restarting this log soon, hopefully within the week. I had to buy vanilla because banana was on back order, but I get to review another flavor now

My life has been Hell lately. I am so sorry I pooched this log for so long. My laptop was also with the Geek Squad for over a month until I could come up with 200 bucks to get a virus removed that corrupted my operating system.
Then...a sign. The Iron Pack just randomly showed up lol I just did a quick video review, and a random shrug movement video.
I will be restarting this log after the New Year, and attempting a bench press PR hopefully by the end of 330 lbs, and also will be attempting to get my weight to over 200 lbs for the first time in my life lol...
