    The hate on 140-150lbs members

    I don't get it, everyone starts somewhere. At average height 5'9-5'10 that is what the healthy weight is for a non lifter.

    What are the guys who are insulting/negging over this for, nobody starts out at 170lbs unless they were FAT.

    True but it's getting sad that so many people on this forum hate on new members who are honest about their stats or people who don't lift because a slimmer/average body suits them better.

    I bet most of the people who do this are only 200lbs because their BF% is 20+

    OP I am a woman at that weight and I'm not even fat, I'm 18% which is under "healthy standard". You should eat instead of focusing on how much hate you get. Under 150lb for your height means it's time to bulk.

    Because this is a bodybuilding website. despite my lean condition I still get bashed for my height to weight ratio. I've actually been trying to stick to a lean bulk. But I have trouble counting my macros, and whether or not measuring my food to the ounce is necessary. Also meal prep, my time management skills are horrible. But I just gotta not make excuses and just cook my chit. Actually drinking homemade weight gainer right now. Just under 800 Cals.
