    Not overly concerned with FitBit "sleep numbers" either.
    I can usually tell if I got enough hours of sleep and if my sleep was of good quality, upon waking up and throughout the day.

    I read a few of his books many years ago (Power To The People, The Naked Warrior, etc.). I only have a 35lb. kettlebell and just placed a 10lb. ankle weight on it to increase the resistance. Want to purchase a heavier one soon but those suckers are expensive.

    I was just watching a Q&A he did on Youtube. Apparently the RKC is great for building strength and losing fat. I might give it a go in the future. The biggest problem would be buying the KB's, obviously. I doubt they are locally made, so I'll have to pay a lot for a few sets.

    No crash experienced. I only took a half scoop of Mesomorph (two half scoop samples) and didn't feel euphoric and the focus was nothing great like I thought it was going to be. Perhaps a full scoop would have been better but on my first two goes with it I was conservative.

    Thanks. 12 days in a row of road biking and my legs were shot last night.

    My legs are burning pretty good on Kettlebell deadlifts. Building up some strength endurance in my legs with the DDP Yoga / Kettlebell exercises for the urban road biking.

    I bet! I've tried yoga, there's nothing easy about it. And kettlebells are very challenging too.
