    Training by feeling?

    Hey,
    Is there somebody who train like without any routine,doing excersises by how he feels,doing sets the same and reps.Like,going to failure,then doing ss this,you know,zig zag training?

    Yeah, I have a training split that I change up every so often and no week is the same usually. I have a staple exercise for each body part which I push for progression then do other exercises around it which I just push for contraction with good weight.

    Something i've always done since ive been lifting and has worked great for me is doing 3 sets to failure with 2-3 different exercises depending on what muscle group i work. I never use reps counting unless im going for a record or something.
