Do you think there's something wrong with your form? I don't see any obvious problems. For a few general sumo tips, this Dan Green video is pretty good.

thats some hip flexibility...
but anyway...
onlyiest problem i see is you are making it like 95% a leg lift... some people this works but MOST people will get more weight up involving their back more.. generally lifting with hips this low works for short, stocky legs like Dan Green, Henry Thomason
IF YOU are going to try utilizing your back more... start lighter than u generally work... and do accessory movements focusing on core strength and hamstringsLast edited by wwkingms; 08-18-2014 at 02:57 AM.
