Brah, your kidneys are perfectly capable of handling relative dehydration, and your brainstem will send off all kinds of signals in response to aldosterone and ATIII to drink. If you're really dehydrated, you will become thirsty and you will drink. It's not really a problem unless you're prone to forming kidney stones, or otherwise ill.

you should piss about once every 2hrs
more than that, and you're drinking too much
less, and you could use some more
if you release 300mL each time, and you're awake for 16hrs, then that's 8 x 300mL = 2400mL or 2.4L
That's pretty much all the water you need. Of course, if you are engaged in sweaty activity, you lose about 1L per hour...so you can add that.
Also, keep in mind that this is total water intake, which includes the water in food/milk/juices/etc etc. You likely don't need more than 1L-2L of pure water per day***SRT PR Crew (Strong Rep to Post Ratio Crew)***

H2O not even once. I'm not putting any chemicals in my body
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Lol what? There is no benefit. Basically only drink when you're thirsty. This whole 8 cups of water a day thing was proven to be BS.

At the place I work literally all anyone drinks is coffee or tea. We are talking 6+ cups over a 10 hours shift which is primarily physical labor, it's phucking mind-blowing.
They like to wash down the coffee with at least one cigarette an hour. I can't work out whether they aren't aware of how bad their lifestyles are or whether they just don't give a phuck

Anyone know if those Brita water filters that you keep in the fridge are worthwhile? The kind where you replace the filters that come in the3pak/4pak boxes.
I have one but quit using it 6 months ago. Might start again...
Still drink lots of fluid. Prob a gallon (3.5L) daily between water and coffee.
Sure you piss more than average but getting up to piss is healthy for your body especially when you work a desk job like me.
