It's kinda easy for you to just throw judgement around, when truth be told, you have no idea of what her expenses are. Well the one reality of a girl working as a bartender or waitress in a strip club is, every night tons of drunk men will try to hit on her and she has to be somewhat flirtatious back if she wants tips. She will get her ass smacked now and then, and even if she yells at the guy it already happened. I've seen it firsthand, and i've been one of those guys (and successfull too).
