It's from the left 4 dead makers I think. We're 4v1 online. 4 players work together as a squad against a live player controlling a monster. More or less a boss battle where the boss is a player not an AI.

been trying to decide on whether to get this or alien isolation so i'll have to wait and see.

but the game i'm most excited for this month is actually lords of the fallen. looks like a dark souls clone from the gameplay vids i've seen so i guess it'll hold me over til bloodborne.

my wallet am cry.

IIRC there is a story mode but the multiplayer is the focus. Each player has a specific weapons set/specific task/etc.

There's 4 classes: Assault, support, trapper, medic. Each team will have one of each.

There's going to be several monsters the 5th player can choose from. So far the Goliath and Kraken done been revealed. As the boss/monster, you will get your own set of special powers and abilities and will be able to power them up by feeding on certain things in the evironments. The environments the hunters clash with the monster in are very jungle like IIRC from the trailers.

As the Hunters your team of 4 will have to strategically takedown the 5th player. As the monster you have to survive their assault and kill the team of Hunters.

I'm waiting for reviews too. The previews seemed pretty positive and that kind of game is my kind of thing so I'm sure I'll go through with picking it up Tuesday. I already decided against Alien even though I'm THE BIGGEST ALIEN FAN on this board. Cause reviews do matter, for me lol. Gamespot and IGN mostly.

Had the same thing, it adds up like criollo said.

I got one that said 500 damage using void and every death counted against it I got to 100 and would have a game where I got mainly gun kills and it would drop me back to 92 because I had 8 deaths. Said **** it and abandoned


And I take back everything I said about blade dancer. Leveled my hunter to 22 with blade dancer and it's okay in multi but sucks in single, which is what I'm sticking to now because crucible rustles my jimmies

From what I've seen to he reviews are mediocre but I'm assuming if you're an alien fan you'll like it just because the atmosphere

currently waiting for Lords of the Fallen, still need to buy Alien Isolation, maybe Shadow of Mordor too…if Evil Within gets good reviews I may end up picking that up as well

Lords of the fallen is really cool too. I mean the art direction, and sound effects seem terrible, but gameplay>all

Sammy its not a 25 kd. Just get 25 more kills then deaths. Can be done over multiple games. Ex. Go 15 and 10 now u have 5 pf the 25 u need. Should be pretty easy

Yeah, I read a bit on it and it doesn't seem that bad anymore. I read kills and assists count as + 1 point while deaths are - 1 point. I'm guessing it could be easier in game modes like Salvage, where you can revive each other.

I couldn't find the link to the video (I'm on mobile) but there are a lot of good game play videos out there. One in particular is from IGN where they play it three times. The first two times the guy playing as the monster quickly and easily beat the others. The third time they won because they actually played as a team. Well except for the chick, she was pretty much worthless. Lol

Super easy, I got it on my second play, on my 3rd play now and have like 1,000 parts but nothing to do with them since I am fully upgraded. I'd give them to you if I could.
