Come on, don't be stupid. The hands up story was created by his friend who was at the store too. Only today did his friend admit that Mike Brown was robbing the store.
Fact is Mike Brown was wanted for felony strong armed robbery.
Fact is the officer was treated at a hospital for facial injuries.
Fact is the officer's gun was discharged once inside the police car.
The raising of hands saying don't shoot is not a fact. It is a story told by a thug.

To all the people in here who still believe he had his hands up rather than fighting with police and reaching for their gun...
None of us know what happened, we weren't there. But based on this video, how are you still inclined to believe that he didnt fight with the police and reach for their gun?
Just trying to understand your logic.

when there is a witness = unreliable
when there isn't a witness = take the cops word.
there was a casing in the car? ok. where were the other 8 or 9 then? youre a moron.
it doesn't matter what happened before. he coulda killed 1000000 baby puppies. doesn't matter. if he wasnt a threat to the cop the other 8 bullets were unnessecaryBoxer.

so wait, we already know that his accomplice was straight up lying about being totally innocent and targeted, so what makes you think Brown had his hands up like the accomplice said? You're seriously going to believe everything a criminal says, especially after statements he lied about???
lol pls go *******

Quote from Ferguson Police Chief today:
"The officer who shot the kid knew nothing of the robbery and he stopped the kids due to them being in the street."
Do I need to go on?

Wrong. Johnson admitted earlier on about the convenience story theft. It didn't just come out today.
'The hands up' narrative comes from eye witnesses outside of Johnson. Incase you didn't know, Mike Brown was shot by an officer, in the very middle of the street, in the broad daylight in a heavily residential area. Plenty of people saw what happened.
Darren Wilson (the officer who shot Mike Brown) didn't approach Brown on a robbery suspicion but jaywalking.
Johnson wasn't 'wanted' at the time for strong armed robbery. lol, its not a fact at all..
And the shooting took place almost two hours after the theft at the store.
