To begin with I want to say THANKS to Team BSN for allowing me to the opprotunity to log the new N.O.-XPLODE. A little about myself, I am a 46 year old male who has been back in the gym now for 2 years and 8 months. I currently weigh 174 and am in the best shape of my life since college. I am looking to be the best I can be each and every day of my life, and with the help of BSN's N.O.-XPLODE I hope to PUSH to the next LEVEL!!

Initial Thoughts after 1st use: N.O.-XPLODE - Fruit Punch
Packaging: 9/10 - Very similar to that of the other BSN Product with the red container and label coloring, but I really liked the motivational tag inspiring users to PUSH to new goals and limits while using N.O.-XPLODE.
Mixability: 9/10 - Product mixed very well, there was a very small amount of grains visible in bottom, but couldnt tell it while consuming product!
Taste: 9/10 - I was very pleasantly suprised by the updated taste of N.O.-XPLODE, the fruit punch flavor was on spot, a lot better than previous versions of N.O.-XPLODE that I have tried.
ENERGY: 8/10 - I did notice a bump in my energy levels upon taking N.O.-XPLODE, I drank it on the way to the gym after working a 12 hours shift and had no issues with fatigue during my workout.
Focus: 8/10 - Focus was also good after having been up 16 hours and working all day. I can't wait to see how my focus will be on a non-working day when I have had plenty of rest!
Over-all: 8.5/10 - This is based off of a single use, rating could increase after serveral uses, but after 1 use it is a product that I would already recommend.
I hit the gym after a long day at work, drinking my N.O.-XPLODE on the way there. Expected gym to be nearly vacant on a friday night, but seems there wasnt a lot going on because the gym was packed. So I had to work around a lot of people to get my shoulder/trap workout in, but despite the crowd I had a really good workout, my focus and energy were on spot even after the long day. After the gym headed home for a shower and a bite to eat then in the bed for 5 hours sleep before starting another long day, I will be taking saturday off and hitting legs on Sunday.MuscleTech Supporter!!

Had a change of plans today, after working a 12 hour met up with some younger guys at my old high school for some full court basketball. I was the old man there but really enjoyed running the floor again. My energy and focus were on spot after drinking my N.O.-XPLODE. My team played 4 games and won 4 games, already looking forward to next Sunday night.

Had a great workout today, I had all the weights to my self at 2 in the afternoon. I had a really good recovery from my full court basketball games last night, so good that I went back tonight for round two. I had a little soreness but nothing I couldn't handle. I can really feel an increase in my focus and drive after taking N.O.-XPLODE. Also my pump during my weight session was great, muscle were really full. I will be heading back to gym tomorrow for back/biceps. Now it's time for some rest.MuscleTech Supporter!!

I had an awesome workout today with my daughter, who got to come visit for a couple days before college started today. I'm already missing her, she is a great workout partner and my workouts are gonna miss her.
I dropped my weight a little yesterday and increased my reps just to see what kind of a pump I could get while using N.O.-XPLODE. The PUMP was great along with my intesity. I am really enjoying using the NEW and IMPROVED N.O.-XPLODE.
Also wanted to mention that even though I am not a real big fan of fruit punch, I would have to say that this is the BEST tasting fruit punch PWO I have ever used. Great work on the flavor TEAM BSN.MuscleTech Supporter!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances I didn't make it back to the gym till last night. I hit shoulders and trap, I am still having some small issues with my left shoulder thus the weight I used is lighter than I would like it to be.
Military press:
34 x 8 - 75lb
Upright rows:
3 x 14 - 45lb
Front lateral raises:
3 x 10 - 20's
Lateral raises:
3 x 10 - 15's
Bent over flyes:
3 x 10 - 15's
Shoulder shrugs:
4 x 16 - 50's
The energy boost I have been getting is just right, it's not hyping me to the point of jitters but it has been more than enough to get me through my workout with some intensity. Also Pump is still really good. Love the way the product mixes.MuscleTech Supporter!!

Went out to get some cardio in with guys playing some touch football and ended up pulling hamstring pretty bad. I plan on continuing log just dropping legs for a couple weeks. I will just replace leg day with either another arm day or maybe a full upper body workout. Gonna take off rest of today and tomorrow and take care of leg. Chest will be Tuesday morning.

I'm not big on fruit punch but the slight fizz the product has helps bring the flavor home. I am really enjoying the product thus far!!MuscleTech Supporter!!

These 12 hour night shifts are taking a toll, don't know if I could make workout in the morning without my N.O.-XPLODE.MuscleTech Supporter!!

I had a pretty good workout considering I havent slept very well for the past couple days. NO-Xplode did give me enough of a boost to PUSH through all the reps in my workout tonight, and the PUMP was AWESOME. I am enjoying the energy, focus, pump and the fizzy taste of NO-Xplode and have recommended it to a couple of my freinds at the gym!!MuscleTech Supporter!!

Energy was great tonight and had a really good workout. Hamstring is improved and looking forward to legs in the coming week. Back on day shift for remainder of log and gonna try to PUSH harder the next couple weeks. Also, great pump in shoulders and traps tonight.MuscleTech Supporter!!

Workouts seem to be getting better everyday. Intensity and focus have been 2nd to none the past couple weeks and I continue to have good pumps. Gonna hit shoulders/traps after work today.
Also, I did a light leg workout Thursday: 2.5 miles on stationary bike, leg press, leg ext. and leg curls using light weight to get legs back into the swing of things, hamstring is much better but still a little tight. Looking to hit legs a little harder next week.MuscleTech Supporter!!

Thanks to N.O. XPLODE I am stacking up great workout after great workout. My focus has been amazing lately, I just crank up the tunes and start moving weight. Pumps have really been there also.
I'm gonna mix things up a little tonight and do chest/biceps. Gonna go hang with my daughter tomorrow morning for a couple hours, haven't seen her in a couple weeks now, college and a job keeping Herrera busy.MuscleTech Supporter!!

Mixing things up with the chest/biceps. Also lately I've been adding sets without dropping reps much, extra volume helping to bring some of my lagging areas up to par. Looks like cardio/ABS on menu for today.MuscleTech Supporter!!

Had another great workout tonight, shoulders and traps. Went up on either weight or reps on almost every exercise. I'm nearing the bottom of my tub and will maybe get in a couple more workouts by Wednesday and will compile final thoughts and ranking. I have really enjoyed the new and improved N.O. XPLODE. Once again thanks TEAM BSN for this opportunity.

I would like to say thanks once againg to TEAM BSN and The Matzah for giving me the opportunity to experience the new N.O. Xplode, I have really enjoyed it!!
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Taste: 9/10 - Even though I'm not a big fan of fruit punch, I really felt this was one of the best I had ever tried. The little bit of fizz in the product really helped and it was a difinite improvement over the previous versions of N.O. Xplode.
Mixability: 8.5/10 - Product mixed pretty easy, but always seems to be slightly gritty at the bottom no matter how much i shook it.
Energy & Focus: 9.5/10 - I did notice an improvement in my workouts over the course of the log and actually had some of the best workouts I have had in quite a while.
Over all rating: 9/10 - As I stated above, this version of N.O. Xplode is an improvement over previous versions and I would recommend it to others looking to give it a try.MuscleTech Supporter!!
