I could use a bit of advice

I'm starting to build a solid meal plan. What I need is 3000 calories, 70-80g fat, 100-120g protein (Is that too much fat?), the rest carbs.

This is what I have so far (It's actually what I have eaten and plan to eat today)

    Today

Breakfast (4 waffles and one cup milk) - 550 cals, 19g fat, 17g pro

    Lunch (2 home made chicken burger's) - 740 cals, 24g fat, 30g pro

    1 Cups milk - 130 cals, 5g fat, 9g pro

    2 Eggs - 140 cals, 10g fat, 12g pro

    Total eaten - 1560 cals, 58g fat, 68g pro

    Left - 1440 cals, 12 - 22g fat, 32 - 52g pro

So as you can see, I need some ideas on how to get the remaining 1440 calories and 32-52g of protein without taking in too much fat.

Any ideas of things I can add?

(I plan on adding about a 100g of chicken to get like 20g~ of protein)

Maybe dont eat so "clean". just eat whatever.

chances are if you are asking for advice on a meal plan, then you just need to eat more.

agreed. just eat man. and clean eating is not the best method. bread has very low fat. mostly carbs with some protein. wont be an exciting meal but it'll work. obviously this isnt your only option just a suggestion. also, why the low fat diet?

oh chit didn't look at the initial macros. i only stated it isnt the best because short term goals can be reached with clean eating more easily but in the long run an IIFYM approach seems better. not to say eat whatever you want just a balanced diet with no shame in eating junk food and such. for the most part, a calorie is a calorie. to my knowledge. dont want to misinform so please aware me with sufficient proof if you have a different opinion

I didn't think 80g was low on fat. I thought that it was no the high end of the scale.

But for now I'm just really looking for some high carb meals without too much fat to get the remaining calories
