    which program next?

    Hey guys
So I am currently running sheiko (I have been for a while), and I have had great results from it. I'm trying to find other programs as well, but it's hard to match the volume and intensity of sheiko, which I love.I have ran the cube and I enjoyed it, but I'm wondering if a high volume linear progression program would be better, as I have never ran one. I appreciate any help
Also, im natural if that means anything
