Actual lawyer =/= retard who criminals get appointed to them
And yes our socialist ****hole of Canada has private property here too.....
So holding someone illegally against their will because they walked on your property is perfectly fine in the eyes of the law and ha no repercussions//? I highly doubt that
im not hating on what OP did, it seems likely that isnt particularly legal to do...Great MAGA King status

Reminds me of some people I know in South Africa. This guy kept trespassing on part of their lawn. They told the police about him and they said shoot him and bury him deep enough so we don't find him. srs

Forcing the guy on the ground did protect OP from being harmed. Do you know for sure 100% that had OP not had a gun that the dirtbag would not have tried to assault him? We don't know the answer to that. For all we know, the criminal might have tried to hit OP, pull a knife, or a gun. OP had the drop on him.
The gun was used to deter any thoughts that the criminal may have had to harm OP. Therefore that is the purpose of the gun in this situation. It worked and worked well. How do you not understand that?Last edited by jason_bh; 08-13-2014 at 01:11 PM.
