    So far ive used this product two times and what i can tell you...you have skin tight pumps when your in the gym espicially on bicep day! One ingrident i used thats in this product and i used for quite some time now is AstrGin, and i love it!
    disadvantage of this product so far: None as of right now but only problem i can see if someone who doesnt like to swollow pills...If you can overcome this however, HAPPY PUMPING

    Loving this preworkout, i have used this pre before and it feels the same as it did when i used it a couple months ago! Awesome pumps focus, and staminia....YEAHHHH BUDDDY!
    I got the blue raz flavor.... taste is a little strong but so is this PRE!... Giving it a 8.5/10 so far for the taste!

    Will keep the bodybuilding nation updated!

    wow, i was extreamly pumped up yesterday, couldnt stop taking them selfies after my workout! Yesterday was deadlift, front squats but had so much energy even did some biceps! i tell you what the pump i had i couldnt even wash my hair:0 So far so good and loving the insane pumps im getting! The pumps are definitally the best ive ever had so far.

    yesterday was shoulder day/ upper chest day! I like working upper chest with shoulders because i always feel it in upper pecs when doing a military press. Breaking all sorts of PRS got 225 for 1 seated military which is a huge accomplishment to me. The shoulder pump i felt was insane, shoulders looked liked boulders! Did 6 sets of (205x3) then finished up with side raises, traps and rear delts...For upper chest did incline flys, and a incline press and just like my shoulders my chest was filled with blood and just looked like ballons Then Finished it up with a lat pull down

    For the most part my favorite stack in this supplement regime so far is the nitric oxide booster... never felt anything like it before, skin tight pumps and vascularity is just amazing.

    As for the preworkout itself, very good still... Energy that lasts for my whole workout and the focus and intensity it gives me is a huge bonus!

    Will be going back to my strength building workout starting today, powerlifting competition is in a month so trying to build up as much strength now since i will only need to cut 5 lbs at most... Will post back after leg day

    Leg day finished, legs are my weak point been trying to hit 2-3x a week and its working... finally got 395 for 1 yesterday which i was pretty stoked about!
    then did pause squats 5x3
    leg press 3x12
    ham string 5x8

    Felt great the whole workout could of done more but had to get back to class BOOOO
    Still everything going strong...
    Todays workout will be upper day
    Bench 5x1
    Heavy rows 4x8-12
    Skull crushers 4x8
    lat pull down- 3x8
    rope overhead extension- 3 sets till failure

    Ready to get that pump YEAHHHH BUDDY, nuttin but a peanut! cant wait

    Terrible im sorry guys but Dr Advised me no lifting for atleast 3 weeks... Suffered a torn pec this picture is about 8-10 hours the injury. I was benching 315 this was my 2 working set of 5 sets (315 5x1) and i went down really slow and as soon as i was almost by my pec i felt a snap and a crunching noise
