I really enjoy theptdc.com/blog-2/ It is the best I have found online so far to help with the business side of being a personal trainer. I also like .strengthcoach.com/public/Working-the-Floor.cfm really good read if you are starting out. Depending on how you want to train people, start following trainers or coaches that fit you style.
