5 grams Betaine
Hey geveryone,I've been off the boards for awhile and am starting to get back on my game.So I was wondering if 5 grams of betaine is okay to take at one?Is there any side effects to taking this much?I know that 2.5 is the recommended dose,but I have these N.O explode pre drink bottles and I want to take two bottles pre workout to bump the ingredients up to recommended dosage.
It has:3g L-CM
1.6gBA
2.5g Betaine
200mg Caffeine

You may get some GI distress but not everyone does.

With any ingred that can cause stomach distress, its always best to start at a lower dose to assess tolerance
