any suggestions ? already have terriyaki madness and the protein house on my list. which buffets would you guys recommend ? I want to enjoy myself. but when going to a buffet I would still like the option to choose a plain baked potato and grillen chicken breast . also best places for breakfast ?

"I don't believe in following any one training style. I couldn't tell what DC or H.I.T. or FST-7 entail. I have no clue and really don't give a ****. I go to the gym to train hard. I don't need to follow a ****ing "program" to do that." - Evan Centopani

The Bucchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace.
I would personally rate that buffet as #1 in Las Vegas of all the ones I have tried. Dinner starts at 3pm. Get in line and get checked in just before 3pm and you will get the lunch price ($37) and not the dinner price ($52).
The Bellagio Gourmet buffet is also pretty phenomenal.
The Bellagio is my #1 for breakfast buffets. The Bucchanal sucks for breakfast. I was pretty disappointed when I found out how much of a difference their dinner and lunch vs. their breakfast is.
I've been to the Aria gourmet buffet with my mom on Mother's Day. That was fantastic. Probably the second best buffet I've been to recently.
The Wynn supposively has a great breakfast and dinner buffet as well but I have not tried them.
If you like hamburgers, there is a great place in the Mandalay Bay Shoppes called the Burger Bar.
If you are looking for a nice brew and happy hour, hit up The Pub in Monte Carlo. They have great soft pretzels (with this amazing gouda cheese sauce) and drafts. Happy Hour deals are not bad.
550 makes a mean brick oven pizza (Aria).
If you like Japanese food, Todai in Hollywood Miracle Mile Shops has a great selection. Haven't been there for a couple years but their dinner buffet is better.
Right next to Todai is a Brazilian steak house. Never been but looks epic.
If you want italian DeVino in Monte Carlo is great. Love their clam linguine.
As far as Buffets go. Research ahead of time. Most of them are reviewed online.
A good rule to follow is that the cheap ones will not be very good. If you want good food, you pay.
Also another tip, some buffets will add on unlimited alcohol for $12.99. Don't do it.
LOL
Focus on the important part, the food.
Please, do not miss the Bucchanal dinner buffet. Please don't. If I knew you in person I'd be more than willing to pay for your meal if you didn't like it. That has to be the best buffet I've ever been to, and I've been to a place that was $80 a person at one point. It has a great ambiance, everything is organized very well, their selection is great, and hidden in every corner between the sections is a fresh bar of some sort. There is an udon, ramen, and pho bar in the Asian section. A make your own pasta in the Italian, and steamed crab legs one in the italian section. It is very easy to miss these areas as they don't specifically advertise them. If you want anything made to order, ask, you will get it.
Don't miss it man. Please don't.
I searched for years to find a made to order crepe station at a gourmet buffet!!I like personal responsibility and accountability. When you admit you are the problem you are simultaneously admitting you are the solution.
