I think you interpreted her wrong. IMO she is saying that feminism is a crock and is down with traditional gender roles. As well, she specifically says the following is not a list of demands. She says they are a list of qualities that rule vs. suck, and that the person she is looking for should be more balanced towards the qualities that rule, without implying they have to 100% rule. Seems like a fair way to word it.

Think about it. When you're attractive, guys will tell you anything you want to hear (beta guys, which is about 95% of guys) and they'll constantly give you affirmation even when you do something wrong or stupid.
