So mods can delete the other thread. I was just trying to confirm what I already thought and that is that BB'ers should not be able to cross over to physique and place in top 3 in both. That is exactly what happened at my show.
Again no big deal, I just thought it was odd. This was my first show and I just did it for the experience. I wasn't planning on doing it for sure until a few days out as I was on vacation in Mexico the week before and got married on vacation a month before that. So no real prep, no coaches, etc. I just used IIFYM (been using this for over a year now) to reduce some carbes before the show and then added them back in the night before and the day of.
Please let me know what you guys think and how I did.
