People who sell on ebay need some advice with a buyer

Straightforward answer:

Two choices:

1. Accept the 'return' and refund and move on with your life and eBay endeavor.
2. Trade a high likelihood for negative feedback for a 1 in 50 chance that eBay sides with you and you keep the money.

My personal opinion as a powerseller is that you are either:

1. A troll
2. A pseudo-scam artist hoping to trick people into overspending
3. A lousy seller who happened upon a 'lucky' buyer mistake and is trying to capitalize on it. A good seller hopes to profit while providing goods their customer wants at a price they are happy to pay. If you have to screw an unlucky buyer who was tricked (even at their own fault) when it costs you virtually NOTHING to negate the clearly erroneous bids you are not the type of seller I would want to do business with or even associate with.

I didnt and still dont know how to cancel an auction once the biding is done, now that everyone seems to think I need to dumb it down for people, i am taking all listing off until i can find a way to post the guide without stupid people feeling they are being tricked.

You are a scumbag OP, you are blatantly scamming as if you weren't you'd be doing the following:

1: Selling the guide in digital format - no postage cost to yourself or the buyer.
2: Set a reasonable ($5?) buy it now price so that people will understand what they're buying is not an iPhone.
3: Sell a product that is worth paying for, that'd be like me copy and pasting the Nutrition stickies into an eBook and selling that **** on eBay.

I did that when selling a Samsung galaxy s3 a few years ago... In big letters said "White samsung galaxy s3 - READ DESCRIPTION". Wrote everything extremely important in big bold letters and took a picture of everything about the phone.


Some retard buys it, files a claim saying the item wasn't descripted correctly. And I was forced to refund money. When I got the phone back, the ******* removed the digitizer, LCD (screen), and battery. EBay wouldn't do chit about it.

LOL I had a dude that bought an auction item from me that was worth $200 retail. It was a .99 cent auction and he got it for .99 + $5 shipping. I told him that the charger was missing but he still told me to send it.

He gave me negative feedback because the charger was not included and he said I was trying to cancel the auction due to the low price after receiving the item. What an idiot. eBay needs to get on Buyer's asses too. So many fraud buyers these days.

If you plan on being an eBayer the rule is simple. BE HONEST and post everything about your product. Even if it's a ding that nobody would notice, post it.

Your ad was too vague and if taken to eBay court you will lose and you don't want negative feedback. Reputation is everything on eBay.

the title was made from what I could see was the only thing selling in the guides section, what i did different thought is change the listing so that the person would see that it was a guide for an iphone 5 and let them know that it allowed them to get deals on accessories by simply reading the description. my fault was assuming that people would actually read what they are buying and read the description.

To cancel it you just need to open his case and select full refund. Alternately you can refund via PayPal then select resolve a problem in the auction. From there choose cancel auction, that way he cannot neg you if he agrees.

I am really posting this for others.....you should get negged, refund the money, loss your eBay accounts and leave this thread up so I can look at it and feel better about my moral values in comparison to you.

how does one thread from 5 years ago suddenly show that I have some long standing history of boosting ebay auctions, that was literally my first serious auction, I had no history or anything. the price paid for each and every coin was at or less then gold price at the current time.
