Haven't been on here in a while but have still been training/competing.
Last weekend I lifted at CAPO Australian Nationals where I went 760kg @ 90 kg (1676lb @ 198lb) including a 750lb deadlift.
Next comp is the GPA Worlds in Sydney in November where I'll be shooting for around an 800kg total.

I walk around at about 208lb & cut to 198 for meets. I have a small bone structure & small legs haha.
GPA Worlds will be massive as all the top Russian guys are coming out, a lot of the top Americans as well as Bolton & Benni.
