Well whatever I get will probaby become a staple...some of the discomfort is from the reboot which has erase in it but a lot of it is just dude to increased activity. I do need a solid multi and was thinking orange traid today while is was at work. The animal pak deal sounds good as well...so does the iforce product considering I've never had a bad iforce product.

Think I'll try the animal pak/ flex deal but what's the different between iforce one and animal flex? They have none of the same ingredients. Also can flex and pak be taken together? I thought 30mg zinc was the max you should take?
Also I've seen threads on it and no one believe the people who starts them but I've been using orange triad and I swear it was making my knees/ elbows hurt. Stopped taking it and it's fine now. I'm not sure what's in it that would cause this but says it contains shellfish? Maybe that is it but animal flex also says that so I wonder if it would cause the same issue.

Flex/Orange Triad share a few ingredients.
As for Joint Help..... It's one of the only joint products out there right now that can offer some pain relief with just the first few doses. That's from the ingredient Paractin. Coop did a great review on this ingredient for us when we were originally testing this product, can check that out here >>> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=143310573
Also has a full dose of Cissus, which is a pretty awesome ingredient for tendon/ligament issues. It's something I've been using almost religiously since my ankle surgeries.goodbros, always and forever.
