    to all the final sets I added more pushups 5 reps each superset set T-bar rows 90x15, 15 115x12,10, Neutral grip pull ups 4 sets x5r, DB incline press 65x15, 15, 12, 10, I added 1 set wrist roller with 15lbs to the final set.

    inside for only did 2 sets each HR 32.5 psx25x2 sets ss with Low triangle Cable rows 95lbsx20x2, wrist Roller 15lbs, Pull ups supinated Chins 2 sets 5 reps

    outside for this one changed a little finished with 2 sets EZ bar preacher curls 95x12x2, ss w TRX suspended Pushups 10 & low cable Row wide Neutral grip 105x12x2, inverted rows 20 r, 15r, 2 sets 5 reps Supinated Chins x 5 reps
    finished this session with 3 single Rest Pause reps to fail on bench press 235 lbs

    Total Pull ups today 100 dam straight no solid food and all juiced veggies and oatmeal all day Damm "GET YOU ASOME OF THIS"

    Steamed Red Potato mashed with brown Rice Edamane Beans, steamed Carrots, with hot and sweet pepper mix. Then a banana diced with chopped strawberries for dessert

    Then this morning
    Man So sore today upper body, but 20 minutes standing Elliptical 5 miles, 240 cals, then got Crystals Meals packed made a Normal everyday Juice for Crystal and added Raw Garlic and 1/2 tbsp Cayenne for me then back on as a Bike for 30 minutes 10 miles, 290 cals, .. Happily drenched and cooked. Going to have a bowl of rice and Oatmeal in about another 30 minutes and that will be 3 hrs since wake up at 3 am
    Not a bad start today 2 miles jogging early this morning then my Elliptical and bike Awesome " COME ON AND GETCHA SOME, CAN YA KEEP UP WITH THIS OLD GUY "

    Well Good morning another early morning .... woke at 3 am again, awake but tired still. Amino complex and made a light morning Wakeup and Energy juice of Parsley, Cucumber, Greens, lemon, cayenne pepper Mineral water, Banana, and went for a long morning walk with walk/ body weight session,,,, 3 miles combined with push ups and bodyweight squats

    after that early start my JUGGERNAUT DAY continues
    about 6:30 a bowl Oatmeal with splash of Maple syrup and Blueberries.....

    then about 8 am "ITS JUGGERNAUT TIME" hit a blast of Juggernaut with added BCAA's and got in some morning Hamstring and low back work - Walking lunges to warm up then Stiff leg Deadlifts ss w/ Killer weighted Hyperextensions and Conventional Higher rep Deadlifts (don't think my lower back is going to appreciate this later today) lighter weight (I rarely go heavy on Deadlifts) for 20 rep conventional Deads - 25 lb plate for 20 r Hyperextensions, Lying Leg Curls 30 r, 20r Stiff leg deads-
    15r rep conventional Deads - 35 lb plate for 15 r Hyperextensions, Lying Leg Curls15r, 15 Stiff leg deads-
    10r rep conventional Deads - 45 lb plate for 10 r Hyperextensions, Lying Leg Curls 12r, 12r Stiff leg deads
    Walking Lunges to finish of course
    bowl Rice with red onions, Edamame Beans with mixed Peppers hot and sweet Jalapenos, small amount chopped Ghost pepper and thai peppers

    totally feeling out sync but going to try and kill some weights. Juggernaut down, with a serving DAA, Fenugreek then added a serving Mucuna Pruriens, added , L-Carnitine, and a tsp Cayenne pepper
    totally experimenting here.
    next I' want to try Long jack instead of Tribulis, or maybe just leave it in and make additions as noted... I also want to increase the Beta alanine. Maybe add Maca to this stack and Re add PES erase to the stack.

    Well this morning as its a total rest day. Started the day with Fresh melons from my garden with fresh peppers from same garden and potatoes with a slice of homemade Sprouted bread with fresh made minced garlic Hummus. Then a soak in Ice water.. Now watching Cowboys win another then the Cardinals later today. Nibbles today are celery and sliced peppers and Spicy Pumpkin seasoned organic Corn chips with Garlic Hummus and fresh homemade Salsa and Organic sliced Hot pickled jalapenos with a bowl of mixed fruit

    If anyone thinks Vegetarians are weak and cant build muscle or strength. This is todays session. The max sets of Bodyweight and 135 were practice sets for a potential contest. Anyway I am 56 yrs drug and hormone free and I have had no animal flesh for 12 month
