I hope to use this journal to help me stay focused and growing in all areas of my life (Physical, Spiritual, Social/Relational, Financial, Intellectual). I hope to reinforce into my mind and spirit that my life and every area of it needs to be used for God's Will.
I will update with goals for each soon.

Pressing on with Jesus
------------------------
"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."

Random venting:
I think I need a place where I can just vent my thoughts so I will be doing that here. I don't know what is wrong with me anymore. My moods are anxious and depressed more often than I'd like to admit and i'm angry at myself for that. I feel like my hunger cues are very off as well; I force myself to eat then don't trust that my body is digesting it. I am detoxing cigarettes right now so that is part of it I think. I need to be patient and mindful right now, focused on Jesus.
Goal of the week: CHANNEL ALL ENERGY THAT WOULD BE USED TO WORRY INTO LOVING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. BE PROACTIVE AND GENEROUS.------------------------
